Sandoz has entered into an agreement to acquire the Japanese business of Aspen Global Incorporated (AGI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Ltd. The acquisition consists of shares in Aspen Japan K.K. and associated assets held by AGI.
